Challenge Number 1 was organized as part of an event at the African Leadership University on the 2nd of June 2023 at 10:00. The challenge aimed to test the participants' skills, resilience, and ability to adapt in a competitive environment.
Challenge Number 1 at African Leadership University on June 2, 2023, presented a unique set of circumstances. Participants faced early access to information, leading to a sense of unfairness. Physical demands, such as running, added excitement and excitement to the experience. The challenge fostered solidarity and communication, with participants forming bonds and supporting each other. - Quizzes: The clues about the location were presented as quizzes and puzzles that we had to solve in order to know the location. It was very challenging because these were not easy at all, but we still managed to discover the exact locations, which allowed us to get an acceptable grade.
- Unfairness: During the challenge, some participants discovered that certain individuals had opened their papers before the designated time. This allowed them to gain knowledge of the exact locations for letters ahead of others. This early access to information created a perception of unfairness among the participants, adding an unexpected hurdle to the challenge.
- Physical Demands: The challenge required participants to engage in physical activity, specifically running. The demanding nature of the task made it tiring, but it also added an element of excitement and thrill to the overall experience. Running became an integral part of the challenge, testing the endurance and stamina of the participants.

- Everyone had to make a step out of their comfort zone and stand in front of the camera.
- The challenge helped each members to get more confident and be used to the pression.
- Every failed tentatives made very good bloopers, due to which we have got the maximum grades.

- Research and Understanding: We researched the continent's history, geography, cultures, and traditions. Understand the significant events, influential figures, and lesser-known narratives that have shaped the continent's identity.

Embrace diversity in your approach, and try to include perspectives from different ethnic groups, socio-economic backgrounds, genders, and age groups.

Challenge #4 at African Leadership University involved making a positive impact by purchasing 100 candies and writing heartfelt notes to random strangers. The notes were personalized with uplifting messages and inspiring quotes, bringing joy and positivity to people's lives. The campaign was documented and shared on social media using the hashtag #JoyWithCandies. The notes encouraged recipients to participate in small acts of kindness, touching the lives of those they encountered unexpectedly. Handwriting each note added a personal touch, and the initiative aimed to create a ripple effect of kindness and inspire others to initiate positive change.

Interview and ask 10 MTN agents the factors that influence their earnings.

Background :
Challenge number 5 was organized in kimironko market where we interviewed the MTN agents. It was aimed at getting factors that brought their earnings It was a very difficult task.
Key Details :
- Everyone had to leave their comfort zone head to kimironko market and interview them.
- It was quite difficult because most of them did not want their faces to show on camera it was quite tough for us to picture most of them.
- Language was a very big barrier cause we couldn't communicate with most of them but our Rwandan member stood in for us.
Challenge #5 was launched on June 9th, 2023, involving interviewing 10 MTN agents to understand factors influencing their earnings. The task was challenging due to language barriers and the difficulty in capturing their faces. Despite the challenges, the group gathered information about sales, profits, and losses, finding that language was a common barrier. The challenge allowed members to step out of their comfort zones and explore the Rwandan boarders' experiences. The challenge helped the group grow, exposing their boldness and genius.
Conclusion :
Challenge number 5 really helped us a group it brought out the boldness in us some of us were very shy to speak to people but this challenge really brought out the genius in us even if at a point they were not understanding what we were saying but our fellow member that could speak Thier language stood up for us this challenge was a very grat task.
